• Students connect with us by filling up the online application form/letter (addressed to the Internship Office)
• We administer a brief and simple assessment to determine your level of technical, interpersonal, and communication skills individually. We want all students to be trained as per industry and market or company requisite, and thus it is necessary to judge your ‘improvement areas’ for skill development.
• Once we have screened and declared the results consisting of your present skill level status - you officially become a part of Interns Café. We then you through a series of live interactive workshops, training sessions and multiple live projects customised to elevate your skill level.
• We provide a cushion of training and perspective of learning to work in cultivated ethical work culture so that once the training is over and you are placed into internships, you are no longer a novice/ fresher.
